Itinerary Parade of Sail
On the cruise you will board at Royal Arsenal, Woolwich at 12:00 am. From there you will sail together with all the ships that were moored at Royal Arsenal through the Thames Barrier and around the O2Arena to Canary Wharf. There you will be joined by the smaller ships that were moored at West India Docks during the entire week. Next you will pass by the Victoria Deep Water Terminal where some of our largest Tall Ships such as the Fryderyk Chopin and the Santa Maria Manuela were moored during the event. These ships will also take part in the parade. Then, at Enderby Wharf you will sail past the largest Tall Ship of the event: the Dar Mlodziezy. The Dar will not go as far as central Greenwich to group up for the parade since its draft is too deep to sail over the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.
After that you will pass the Royal Naval College, the Royal Observatory, Greenwich Park and the Cutty Sark. There, over 50 Tall Ships will gather to start the Parade. Then all ships will sail in line down the river Thames, forming a beautiful parade. When all ships have past the Dar Mlodziezy, it will cast off and join the parade as the final participant. There will be an official salute at Greenwich and Woolwich Royal Arsenal. All ships will sail down the River Thames until Margaretness Limit. From there the cruises will return to Woolwich where you will disembark, while the other Tall Ships will sail off to the North Sea.
If you want to be part of this amazing experience book a VIP Ticket or request an offer for a Hospitality Package for 12 people or more.
